 It's very simple.  We try to find job matches for well-qualified pilots who wish to work in the USA.  
If you wish to explore your options, here is the process:

• Send your CV/Resume to PilotVisaUSA@gmail.com.  After a careful review, we will reply and let you know if we can help you.  There is no fee for this part of the service.  Please allow several days for us to respond.  We are both still actively flying.

• If we honestly believe we will have options for you, we will contact you to set up a time to talk for 45 minutes via Zoom or other video chat.  We will walk you through realistic opportunities we believe you may qualify for.   This could be flying long haul for a cargo operator, short haul for a US regional carrier, or the national carrier route if you have Boeing or Airbus time.  Each airline has different requirements and conditions of employment, especially for visa applicants.  We can guide you through this process.  There is a reasonable fee for this consultation.

• Follow-up.  We will email you with a summary of our recommendations from our video call.  In some circumstances, we may be able to recommend you and refer you to an airline recruiter directly.

Please note that we are not airline recruiters.  We offer a service to advise foreign pilots with appropriate qualifications on their options for US airlines which can help with visas, but only if they are fully qualified.  
In addition to an ICAO full ATP/ATPL with a minimum of 1500 hours, factors for qualification include but are not limited to: education, experience level, currency, ability to hold an FAA class 1 medical, no criminal record, safe driving record, no drug or alcohol convictions.
